3.1 How do I create and manage Groups?
This guide provides instructions on how to set, edit, and delete groups for your contacts in Regards AI.
Setting Groups
- To add a contact to a group, go to the Contacts page and open the contact card.
- Click the Add to Group button on the contact card to continue.

- You can now give the group a name that you want.
- For example, you can name it Colleague, Lead, Friend, Vendor, or Past Buyer.
- Next, turn on the Frequency toggle to decide how often you would like to stay in touch with this person.
- You can choose from the following options:
- Every week
- Every two weeks
- Every month
- Every quarter
- Selecting a frequency helps Regards AI send you timely reminders under Today’s Priority, so you never lose touch.
- Click on Create group to save it.
- After saving, the group name will appear on the contact’s card and will automatically update your priority reminders.

Editing the Group name
- If you would like to make changes to an existing group name, open the contact’s profile.
- Click on the group name displayed on the card.

- You will see a list of the groups you have created. Click the three dots next to the group name to open more options.
- A drop down menu will appear with two options: Edit group and Delete.
- Click Edit group to make changes.

- You can now rename the group name to something that fits better. After updating the name, click Update to save the changes.

- Then click Assign group to apply the updated group to the contact.
- The contact’s profile will now display the updated group name.

Deleting a Group
- If you would like to delete an existing group, open the contact’s profile.
- Click on the Group name displayed on the card.

- Click the three dots next to it. From the drop down options, select Delete.

- You will be asked to confirm your decision. Click Delete again to proceed.

- The group has now been successfully deleted. Once deleted, the group will no longer appear on the contact’s profile or in your suggestions.
