  1. To view your QR code, click Settings and then click your profile. On your profile page, click the QR code icon in the top-right corner.

  1. Your personal QR code will appear on the screen.

  1. Once your QR code is displayed, you will see several options.
    • Share icon
    • Copy link
    • Share via WhatsApp
  1. If you click Share icon you will multiple platforms to share your Profile, Choose any one platform to share.
  2. If you click Copy Link, your public profile URL will be copied to your clipboard so you can paste and share it anywhere.
  3. If you click Share via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp app will open, allowing you to choose a person or group and send the QR code image or link directly.
  4. Anyone who scans your QR code or clicks the shared link will be taken to your public web profile.

What Others Can Do with Your Digital Card

  1. When someone opens your digital card in their browser, they can view your public profile details.
  2. This includes:
    • Your name
    • Your role or designation
    • Your company
    • Your bio
    • Your industry and education
    • Your company address (if added)
    • Your contact icons
  1. They can also choose to download the Regards app and add you as a contact directly inside the app.
  2. If they prefer, they can use the “Add to phone book” option on the web page to save your contact details directly to their phone.
