OTP Not Arriving
If you do not receive the one-time password (OTP) while signing up or logging in, start with these checks.
- First, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. OTP emails sometimes get filtered there. If you find the email in spam, mark it as Not Spam so future codes reach your inbox.
- Next, verify that you entered your email address correctly. Even a small typo can prevent delivery. If needed, go back and re-enter your email carefully.
- There can sometimes be a short delay in email delivery. Wait one or two minutes, refresh your inbox, and then click Resend OTP once. Avoid clicking resend repeatedly in quick succession.
- Also check that your mailbox is not full and that you do not have custom filters moving automated emails to another folder.
