3.5 How do I create and manage Tags?

In this article you will see how to create and manage tags for your contacts.

Creating Tags

  1. Open the contact card of the person you want to add tag to.
  2. Below the profile picture you will see a text that says Add Tag.

  1. Just type the tag you want to create, such as Realtor, Founder, or Wellness Mentor or anything that makes you remind them. You can add more than one tag to a contact.
  2. Once you enter the tag name, click Save.

  1. The tags will now appear on that contact’s profile like shown below.

Managing Tags

  1. To do all the tags you have created, go to the Settings that you'll find on the bottom right corner of the home page on the and click on Manage tags.

  1. There, you will see all the tags you have created for your contacts. You can create new tags or edit and delete existing ones.

  1. If you click the three dots next to any tag, you will see the following options:
    • Edit Tag – Edit and update the name of the tag. Once updated, the new tag will be applied to all contacts where it has been assigned.
    • View Contacts – This shows the list of contacts assigned to this tag.
    • Delete – This will permanently remove the tag from the list as well as from all associated contacts.
