3.5 How do I create and manage Tags?
In this article you will see how to create and manage tags for your contacts.
Creating Tags
- Open the contact card of the person you want to add tag to.
- Below the profile picture you will see a text that says Add Tag.

- Just type the tag you want to create, such as Realtor, Founder, or Wellness Mentor or anything that makes you remind them. You can add more than one tag to a contact.
- Once you enter the tag name, click Save.

- The tags will now appear on that contact’s profile like shown below.

Managing Tags
- To do all the tags you have created, go to the Settings that you'll find on the bottom right corner of the home page on the and click on Manage tags.

- There, you will see all the tags you have created for your contacts. You can create new tags or edit and delete existing ones.

- If you click the three dots next to any tag, you will see the following options:
- Edit Tag – Edit and update the name of the tag. Once updated, the new tag will be applied to all contacts where it has been assigned.
- View Contacts – This shows the list of contacts assigned to this tag.
- Delete – This will permanently remove the tag from the list as well as from all associated contacts.
