Contacts Not Importing

  1. If your contacts are not appearing after importing from your phonebook, begin by checking permissions.
  2. On your phone, open system settings and ensure that Regards AI has Contacts access enabled. If permission was previously denied, enable it and try importing again.
  3. If the issue continues, close the app completely and reopen it. Then retry the import from the Add Contacts → Phonebook flow.
  4. In some cases, very unusual or incomplete contact records may not import properly. If a contact has no name or missing key details, edit that contact in your phonebook to include at least a name and a primary phone number or email address, then retry the import.

  1. If none of the above steps resolve your issue, you can email support@regardsapp.ai. The Regards support team will check the issue from the backend and assist you further.
