1. If you do not see AI suggestions in the Get in Touch flow, the most common reason is insufficient context.
2. AI suggestions work best when there are notes, timeline entries, or recent LinkedIn updates linked to the contact. If the contact is new or has no visible activity, suggestions may be limited.
3. Check your internet connection as well. Poor or unstable connectivity can prevent AI requests from completing properly. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if needed and try again.
4. If suggestions are still unavailable, you can click Use Your Own Prompt and describe what you want to say. The AI can still generate a message based on your custom prompt.
