6.5 What should I do if the notification is not coming?

If you are not receiving reminders or Today’s Priority notifications from Regards AI, try the following checks to ensure notifications are properly enabled.

Notifications Not Coming

1. If you are not receiving reminders or Today’s Priority notifications, first check your phone’s notification settings.
2. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Regards, and ensure that Allow Notifications is turned on.
3. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Regards → Notifications, and confirm that notifications are enabled.
4. Next, open Regards AI and verify that in-app notification preferences for daily priorities and reminders are turned on.
5. Keep in mind that Low Power Mode, Focus Mode, or Do Not Disturb settings can silence or delay notifications. Temporarily disable these modes and test again.
6. In some cases, reinstalling the app can reset push notification settings. Delete the app, reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play, sign back in, and enable notifications when prompted.
