2.3 How do I bulk import contacts in mobile app?

Regards AI allows you to quickly import your existing contacts so you can start managing and nurturing your network from day one without manually adding each contact.

1. To begin, go to the Home page and click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner.

2. Then click Import Contacts.

3. You will see three options:

• Google Account
• Phone book
• Microsoft

Import Using Google Account

1. Go to settings and click on Import contacts.

   Click Connect next to Google account.  

2. You will be prompted to choose the Google account you want to use.
3. After selecting your account click Continue to proceed with sign-in

4. Acknowledge the confirmation by clicking on Continue.

5. Once connected, Regards AI will securely access your Google contacts and begin importing them into the app.

   Your google account will be connected, but contacts will not be added automatically. You can select the contacts you want to add to Regards AI.

   Whenever a new contact is added to your phonebook, Regards AI will detect it and show it to you.

   You can choose to add it to Regards AI or ignore it, giving you full control over your contacts and privacy.

Import Using Phone book

1. Go to the Home page and click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner. Click on Connect next the Phone book.

2. Regards AI will request permission to access your device’s contacts.
3. Click Allow to grant access.

4. Once permission is granted your phone book will be connected

5. Your phone book will be connected, but contacts will not be added automatically. You can select the contacts you want to add to Regards AI.

Review and Import Contacts

Once the contacts are uploaded, you will receive a notification as well as an email confirming that the import is completed.

1. After importing contacts from any source, Regards AI will guide you to review them before adding them to your Regards account giving your full freedom over your contacts/
2. On the Home screen, click Review when prompted.

3. Regards AI would have automatically categorize your contacts, and you will see a list of groups created for you.

4. From this list, select a group and review the contacts within it. Choose the contacts you want to add to Regards AI, then click Add contacts to complete the process.

5. Now the selected contacts are added to Regards successfully.
