2.5 How to add notes for my contacts?
Notes helps you capture important details about your interactions, making it easier to remember context and build stronger relationships over time.
- To add notes, go to the Contacts page and open the contact’s profile. On the contact page, click the Add Notes icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

- Once you open the notes section, you can choose how you want to add your notes. Type your notes manually in the text field and click Save.

- Or click the mic (microphone) icon to record a voice note.

- After recording your notes, click Stop recording.

- Regards AI will transcribe your notes automatically. You can review the transcribed notes and make any edits if needed. If everything looks good, click Save.

Regards AI will then analyze your notes and display Insights that is extracted from your notes.
If your voice note includes specific details about life or work, Regards AI will identify this information and ask for your permission to add it to the contact’s profile.
The common insights that Regards AI can extract include:
- Where you met
- Company details
- Hobbies
- Milestones
- Follow-up date
If you mention something like “next Monday” in your voice note, Regards AI will identify the exact date and add it to your follow-up list.
- You can review these suggestions and decide whether you want to add them to the profile.
- Click Yes, add this to save the suggested insights, or click Ignore if you do not want to add them.





- Once completed, the contact’s profile will be updated automatically with the details extracted from the voice notes, including any follow-ups added to the follow-up list.
