3.6 How to create and manage follow-ups?
Creating a follow-up
- To create a follow-up, start by opening the contact’s profile from your contacts list.
- On the contact’s profile page, you will see an option labeled Add a Follow-up to Stay in Touch. Click on it.

- You will now be taken to the Add Follow-up page.

On this screen, you will first see a section titled “When would you like to follow up?”.
Here, select the date on which you want to reach out next.
Next, provide the context for the follow-up.
- In the text box labeled “What is this follow-up about?”, add details such as the purpose of the follow-up and what the conversation is about.
You can either type the message manually or click the mic (microphone) icon to record a voice note. Regards AI will transcribe and save it.
- Once you have entered all the details, click Add.

- Your follow-up will now be successfully created and added to the contact’s profile.

Editing a Follow-up
- If you need to make changes to an existing follow-up, go to the Upcoming follow-up section.
- Find the follow-up you want to edit and click the three dots next to it.
- A menu will appear with options such as:
- Mark as Completed
- Edit
- Delete
- Click Edit to update the follow-up details.

- You can modify the date, message, or any additional information.
- After making your changes, click Save.

- The updated follow-up will now be reflected in the list.

Deleting a Follow-up
- If a follow-up is no longer needed, you can delete it.
- Click the three dots next to the follow-up message and select Delete from the menu.
- The follow-up will be removed from your list and will no longer appear under Upcoming Follow-ups.

Marking as Completed
- Once you have completed a follow-up, it is important to mark it as done so you can keep your records updated.
- To do this, click the three dots next to the follow-up and select Mark as Completed or click on the circle .

- The follow-up will then move from the Upcoming follow-ups section to the Completed section. Here you can review your past follow ups also.
